In light of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) epidemic that originated in China, It's Room Naples has undertaken a series of actions from 10 March 2020 following the Decree of the Council of Ministers published in the Official Gazette on 9 March 2020 (GU n. 62 of 09-03-2020).

We are in a very unpredictable and constantly evolving moment and we must, as hoteliers, align ourselves with the new government regulations which, as we have seen, change suddenly.

Our work and our professionalism are closely linked to the hotel business and therefore we do not want, cannot and must not expose ourselves to any type of health indication that goes beyond our professionalism and to ensure the health and well-being of all guests.

Based on the above, confident of your future support in choosing It's Room for your holidays, we have decided to freeze the deposit of guests who will be forced to cancel their stay due to the emergency.

The deposit, notwithstanding the internal regulations and the provisions of the booking contract, can be used for a new stay.

We will issue a voucher for all bookings with check-in dates from 10/03 to 03/04
